Rachel Dawson is usually found reading or Instagramming (sometimes both at the same time) when she’s not at her design editor job writing, handlettering, designing, and sharing content for Christian websites and social media accounts. She’s an enneagram 1, vegan, a big fan of sharks (even though they definitely aren’t vegan), and all about telling stories and building relationships. Her role with Beyond includes just that -- she’s the one behind the social media accounts, the one sending you emails, and the one helping tell the story of what God is doing in and among us here. Fun fact: her initials are RAD, and it might just be her favorite thing about herself. Instagram: @racheladawson

Shannon Moody is a pop culture fanatic who is always up for a little Bachelor watching, Netflix binging or People magazine reading (she reads!). She has chosen RVA as her home twice, finding her way here from North Carolina (twice). When not at her job handling public relations for the largest construction company in the mid-Atlantic, she can be found on a weekend adventure, gathered around a table with friends, or wishing she was a little more like Marie Kondo. Her role with Beyond is pulling all of this together, helping to build a team, and visioning for what can be. That’s the good stuff. Fun fact: the Oscars are her Super Bowl.
